Innovation in the food industry

The theme magazine “Innovation in the food industry” published by the Danish newspaper Jyllands-Posten focus on the future of the food industry. In this magazine, KEN HYGIENE SYSTEMS A/S highlights some of the known challenges in the food industry today in an article on page 10 regarding hygiene safety and food production.

The need to work faster and produce more at the same time increase the interest in optimising processes in the production.

DI Fødevarer also points out that the Danish food industry cannot compete on price or salaries and therefore it is necessary to be best in other aspects where we constantly develop ourselves – such as procedures to support food safety.
